PTA Bylaws & Standing Rules

The Green Elementary PTA operates under two guiding documents: Bylaws and Standing Rules.

PTA Bylaws establish the structure and governance of our organization, including officer roles, elections, membership, meetings, and other requirements set forth by Texas PTA.

PTA Standing Rules provide the day-to-day operating procedures specific to our PTA. These rules outline local practices, committee responsibilities, financial procedures, and other guidelines that help ensure consistency from year to year.

Together, these documents help our PTA operate effectively, maintain transparency, and support our mission of serving Green Elementary students, families, and staff.
