Leadership Bucks & the Leadership Store

 

 

At Green Elementary, we love celebrating students who demonstrate leadership, kindness, responsibility, and other positive behaviors throughout the school day. To recognize these efforts, teachers and staff award Green Elementary Leadership Bucks whenever they see students making good choices, showing strong character, helping others, or living out the habits and values taught at our school.

 

Students save their Leadership Bucks throughout the quarter and have the opportunity to spend them at Mrs. Butler's Leadership Store, which is held once each quarter. The store is filled with fun prizes and special items that students can purchase using the bucks they have earned.

 

The Leadership Bucks program is designed to encourage positive behavior, reinforce leadership habits, and celebrate students who consistently make Green Elementary a great place to learn and grow. It is one of the many ways we recognize and reward students for being responsible, respectful, and engaged members of our school community.

 

Ask your child to explain what a Leadership Buck is, 2025-2026 was the first year Mrs. Butler integrated this program at school and it was a HUGE success.

Celebrate your Student's Birthday in Lights!

Marquee Fundraiser

 

For as little as $20, you can have your student’s name up on our school marquee for their birthday AND they’ll receive a special birthday surprise. This year there are three different packages available. Proceeds go directly to support our Leadership Bucks Incentive Store!

 

Please select the link in the google spreadsheet that corresponds with your student's birthday month and the package level to be purchased.

 

Silver Level ($20) Includes: Student Name featured on the marquee and Birthday surprise.

 

Gold Level ($25) Includes: All Silver Level Perks PLUS a Cameo on WGRN Morning announcements.

 

Green Level ($30) Includes: All Silver and Gold Level perks PLUS Principal's Pastry Party (donut with the principals at a group celebration during student's birthday month.)

 

Note: June birthdays can be recognized in December; July birthdays in January and August birthdays in February.

 

 

 

At Green Elementary, we're never short on creativity when it comes to celebrating our students! Help us recognize your child in a special way while also supporting the Leadership Store. Every dollar raised helps us stock fun rewards that motivate our students to lead, learn, and grow!!
 
Note: The Leadership Store is 100% funded by Green Elementary and is not supported by PTA funds. If you would like to donate prizes or items for the Leadership Store, please contact the Green Elementary front office. Your generosity helps recognize and reward students for demonstrating positive leadership and character throughout the school year.
